In your gut, what feels most off about your podcast right now?

First instinct is usually right. My downloads are flat and I don't know why. I never have a clear CTA. My old episodes feel totally disconnected from what I do now.

Have you ever looked at your podcast strategically before, reviewed your titles, CTAs, show notes with a podcast to clients lens? Or is this the first time?

Things like, are my titles searchable? Do my CTAs make sense? Are my old episodes still relevant?

What does success look like for you in your first 90 days inside VIP? What would make you feel like this was 100% worth it?

I want clarity is a start, but I want every episode to have a clear CTA and know which offer it's pointing to is even better.
